<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 증가하고 있습니다면 구글이 최대로 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.</p>
